SMART  Programme

To achieve health benefits through exercises, the American College of Sports Medicine recommends 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity at least five days per week, or vigorous-intensity activity at least three days per week, and strength training at least twice per week.  However it is important to train SMART (Specific movement and resistance training) to prevent any injuries during and after exercises. 

At Emmanuel Physiotherapy, Our SMART programme involves correction of movement dysfunction, individualized strength and conditioning and specific sports performance training.
